Mamas,
I want to apologize that I have ghosted you for the last 2 weeks!
It was not intentional, it was just my crazy life coming first.
That being said, I have come to a transition point for my website.
I have always promised you that you will ALWAYS have access to free workouts here, and you will always have access to the 3, 264 programed HIIT workouts here.
What will change is there will no longer be new workouts posted daily.
After doing this for the last 11 years, I am at a point in my life (with 4 teenagers at home and another job at the high school) where I need to streamline how I spend my time.
I really hope that the 11 years of daily scheduled HIIT workouts here will still be easy for you to use and still help you to reach your goals for free at home. That has always been my purpose with this website.
If any of you would like 3 months of scheduled HIIT workouts with coaching and accountability, I have created the 90 Day Fitness Challenge program that has helped a lot of women and moms get that jump start and education that they needed to transform their bodies and their lives.
They are hosted every January | May | September and there is one starting this MONDAY, Jan 1.
If you miss this Challenge, there is a wait list you can join on the 90 Day Fitness Challenge page so you won’t miss the next one.

You’re still the best in my book!! Thank you for all the great workouts, Fitness Challenge, and Coaching. If you ever decide to publish the workout in a book, even if you just print them and staple them together, I’m buying one for sure!!
