HIIT Mamas Free Daily At-Home Workout

Every minute for 30 minutes, alternate between:
Run 200 meters
5 box jump-overs
7 push-ups

The way this WOD will look:
0:00-1:00- run 200 meters
1:00-2:00- 5 box jump-overs
2:00-3:00- 7 push-ups
3:00-4:00- run 200 meters
4:00-5:00- 5 box jump-overs
..and so on until you reach 30 minutes
