HIIT Mamas Free Daily At-Home Workout

Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:

30 second L-sit 
weighted squats
30 second L-sit
10 weighted squats
30 second L-sit
15 weighted squats
30 second L-sit
20 weighted squats

Etc. adding 5 reps to the WS each round.
