HIIT Mamas Free Daily At-Home Workout

Set a clock for 12 minutes and complete:

1 minute of squat cleans
1 minute of push press
2 minutes of squat cleans
2 minutes of push press
3 minutes of squat cleans
3 minutes of push press

Use a weight for both that you can repeatedly press.

    7.5 push presses = 177 total
