“I’m 27 years young and a momma of two bonus girls, 15 and 13 and then I have two boys, 5 and 3. I had been athletic all my life playing competitive sports but once I had my children, my main focus was them. I started this journey to get back where I feel confident. This challenge helped me not plateau and just feel like I was going through the motions. I lost 4 pounds total but you can really see the difference in my arm strength. I look forward to more in the future!”
