HIIT Mamas Free Daily At-Home Workout

Complete as much as possible in 12 minutes of:

1 pull-up
5 medicine-ball cleans, 15 lbs
2 pull-ups
10 medicine-ball cleans
3 pull-ups
15 medicine-ball cleans
4 pull-ups
20 medicine-ball cleans

Etc., adding 1 pull-up and 5 med-ball cleans each round.

    8 pull ups and 27 med balls
    Med ball 20 lbs

  3. 6 rounds plus pullups and 8 cleans. Finished out the set of cleans.
