  1. Modified the toes to bar by laying on the floor and drawing up, and by only doing 10 each round. Full planks. 11:32. Starting back up again after a few years away ? (partially because I needed to rehab my abs after all my pregnancies). I miss this and the way these workouts made me feel! Thanks for your work on these WODs!
