Tabata 2-hundy
200 reps for time, following the pattern:

20 seconds of lunges
10 seconds of rest
20 seconds of push-ups
10 seconds of rest
20 seconds of butterfly sit-ups
10 seconds of rest
20 seconds of squats
10 seconds of rest

After the round of squats, begin again with the lunges. Keep a running total of reps and continue working until 200 reps are completed.

  1. 8:30 with knee push ups. It took me 4 rounds to get 200 reps.

    5 rounds (knee push-ups)

  3. In the ten minute range. Finished out five full rounds right at the 200 mark.
