  3. I’m embarrassed to put a time. This really killed me. I didn’t see the note about single arm snatches so I did 15 each side, 15# each round, and then 30# for thrusters.

  4. About 14 mins with a few dog interruptions.. 15# dumbbells. For the snatches I ended up doing 10 on each side per round, wasn’t sure if that was correct or not.
