Complete as many rounds as possible in 10 minutes of:

10 squats
9 dumbbell snatches, right arm, 15-20 lbs
10 donkey kicks
9 dumbbell snatches, left arm, 15-20 lbs

    20# dumbbell
    Did 10 DK per leg

    Kids did their PE and did the WOD.

    9 R arm snatches
    10 donkey kicks (each leg every time)

  4. 3 rounds plus squats, right arm snatches, and donkey kicks on round four. Did 10 donkey kicks per leg each round. Squats below horizontal.
