20 seconds of thrusters (40 lbs), rest 10 seconds
20 seconds of push-ups, rest 10 seconds

Post total reps completed at each exercise to comments.

  5. every set but 1: 8 thrusters #40 and 8 push ups. (One set was 7 thrusters, 8 pushups.)

  6. 30# for the first four sets, then started losing form so 20# after that. 7, 6, 7, 7, 6, 7, 6, 7 = 53.

    Gpu, 10, 12, 11, 10, 11, 10, 11, 10 = 85

    Ran a mile.
