For time, working on the odd minutes, and resting on the even minutes:
100 butterfly sit-ups
125 push presses, 20-45 lbs
150 squats

Work from 0:00 to 1:00, rest from 1:00-2:00, work from 2:00-3:00, rest from 3:00-4:00, etc.

  1. I totally cleared my timer before processing what it said. ? I’m thinking I took around 30-31 minutes with 25 pounds for the push presses.

    Just went straight through. Time crunch. Took breaks when needed.

    Pushups instead of PP because I had no access to weights.

    30# push press

  5. 22:13
    Started with 35# then dropped to 20# PP
