    Almost 2 full rounds. 50 meters short in the 2nd round. I measured 100 meter distance before the routine. Holy smokes that is a long distance bear crawl!

  9. 5 rounds plus snatches and lunges. Last year was five rounds even! 15-lb single arm snatches, 15-lb. Lunges.
