Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
5 thrusters, 45 lbs
7 hang power cleans, 45 lbs
10 sumo deadlift high pulls, 25 lbs

Compare to 12.31.18

  1. 10 rounds, 4 thrusters.
    30# thrusters, 40# cleans, 20# sdhp
    A teensy bit faster than last year but heavier cleans.
