Tabata push press, 20-45 lbs
Rest 3 minutes
Tabata knees to elbows
Rest 3 minutes
Tabata push-up
Rest 3 minutes
Tabata hang power snatch, 45-55 lbs

The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals.

    No hang snatch hurt shoulder last time dkingvit and still a little aggravated

      I lost count because the kids were distracting me outside LOL but I used gallon paint cans for push press, leg lifts, girl push-ups, and a broom for snatches. Couldn’t get to the gym today (no one to watch the baby).

    Used 12# dumbells until I needed to switch to 5.
