1-minute hold at bottom of bench dip
15 leg lifts
1-minute plank hold
15 kipping pull-ups
1-minute handstand hold
15 leg lifts

    Strict pull ups ( my power tower will not allow for kipping pull ups, will probably fall apart ?)

    Push ups instead of pull ups
    Inclined handstand on deep freezer
    15 leg lifts each leg each time

    Missed handstand hold on first round so doubled up on the end.
    Used bands for pull-ups
    Black then purple band.

    Sub renegade rows for pull-ups

  5. 15:14. Jumping pullups.
