3 rounds for time of:

Run 1,000 meters
20 jumping pull-ups
20 bench dips
20 donkey kicks (each leg)

Then, practice SLIPS for 20 minutes: Scales, L-sits, Inversion (handstand), Plank, Stretch (5 minutes each while you watch Netflix)
