        Thanks !! I just love challenging my self ! So I thought even one second difference will be good, but I think just doing it is awesome, so a shout out to all the mamas who are trying really hard ! Thanks for making this challenges,love them !

  6. 37.59 minutes up and down (mainly up), but I dis it and hope to improve it 90 days!

    27:14 was my time.

  16. I ran on Tuesday after the Tuesday wod. I only had 30 min but did 3.12 km in 30 min on air assault treadmill

  17. 33:37. Worst run yet! Wow do I need this 90 days to kick my a$$ back into shape!
