1 minute of 25-lb. sumo deadlift high pulls
2 minutes of 18-inch box jumps
2 minutes of 25-lb. sumo deadlift high pulls
3 minutes of 18-inch box jumps
3 minutes of 25-lb. sumo deadlift high pulls
