10 sumo deadlift high pulls, 25 lbs
10 push presses, 45 lbs

    #45 for both push presses and deadlift

    30lb for both

  4. 6 rounds with 20lbs SDHP and 20lb PP

  5. 5 rounds plus 10 SDLHP & 3 PP.
    And then my kids started throwing up…

    30# both

  7. 8.5 rounds, 20# kb and 30# pp.
