On a 50-minute clock, with no rest between:

15 minutes of handstand practice
10 minutes of L-sit practice
5 minutes of double-unders
20 minutes of stretching

    Done and done ! Here in my very cold garage in Jerome, Idaho! Those hand stands were fun especially because I didn’t break my neck…or my back, was able to hold them a few second here and there, not bad for the first time trying them !!
