    6 rounds
    plus 7 squat snatches, 14 bench dips and 16 hip raises

    Squat snatches 45 lbs

    5 rounds plus squat snatches (20#) and bench dips

  3. 7 plus 4 snatches, 50lb. Last two rounds I used the barbell for hip raises also.

  4. 7 rounds plus snatches and dips, finished out the hip raises. 15 lb. Dumbbell squat snatches.

  5. 3 rounds plus 3 squat snatches
    65# squat snatch

  6. 5 rounds
    40# clean thrusters

    1. In Cabo in the empty gym in my bikini!???
