Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
21 Butterfly sit-ups
14 one-arm dumbbell push jerks, 20-30 lb dumbbell
Use a single dumbbell and alternate arms each rep.
Compare to 04.06.17
Post rounds completed and dumbbell weight to comments.
5 1/2 rounds but finished out the round after the timer went off.
Outside run with my dogs
8 rounds, 10#, modified bfsu with 1 min planks, v ups and crunches for my separated abs
7 rounds and 18 reps with 15lbs
4 rounds + 17 reps

Then 800m swimming
8 rounds and 14 push-ups
20 lb dumbbell

6 rounds. 3 min remained but stopped when back seemed to be getting pinchy.
