Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
21 Butterfly sit-ups
14 one-arm dumbbell push jerks, 20-30 lb dumbbell

Use a single dumbbell and alternate arms each rep.

Compare to 04.06.17

Post rounds completed and dumbbell weight to comments.

  1. 5 1/2 rounds but finished out the round after the timer went off.
    Outside run with my dogs

  2. 8 rounds, 10#, modified bfsu with 1 min planks, v ups and crunches for my separated abs

  3. 7 rounds and 18 reps with 15lbs

  4. 8 rounds and 14 push-ups
    20 lb dumbbell
