- In honor of Cpl. Luke Tamatea, 31, of Kawerau, New Zealand, who was killed by a roadside bomb on Aug. 19, 2012, while serving with the New Zealand Defence Force in the Bamyan Province of Afghanistan. Tamatea was posted to 1st Battalion Royal New Zealand Infantry Regiment and was serving his second tour in Afghanistan at the time of his death. He is survived by his wife and 4 daughters.

We had 10 50lb sandbags on our front porch from the rains we got the past few days, so I broke those up (4, 3, & 3) and carried them into the garage instead of the farmers carry.

38:19. 25# dumbbell. 55# FS, 55#HPC. My whole body is shot after this one ???
21:10 with 20# KB, knees to elbows, knee push ups, 48# front squat, and 48# hang clean.
Do any of you supplement these workouts with a weight training program? If so, what do you use? I usually do but would like to switch up the program I am using.
