20 dumbbell snatches, 20 lb dumbbell

    My first time doing this. Thank you for the motivation! I’ve done crossfit in the past, but it was the distant past. I wasn’t able to make it thru the whole WOD, but it was a start. See ya tomorrow!

  2. 27:20 with 200 singles, 20lb overhead squats, 15lb snatches, and lat pull downs instead of pull ups.

    30:22. 55# OHS. Only have one dumbbell, did single arm snatches alternating 20#. Pull-ups band assisted

    2 rounds but subbed 20 box jumps for double unders, cut everything else down to 10
