Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
8 toes-to-bars
10 dumbbell hang clean and jerks, 20 lb dumbbell
14 V-ups (like sit-up but touch your toes in the air)

    V-ups with 10lb instead of toes to bar (no bar)

    4 rounds + 9 HCJ. I used a barbell for HCJ 55#. I only have one dumbbell

  3. 7 rounds plus 26 reps. Instead of toes to bar I did double (16) reverse crunches.

  4. 7 rounds plus 4 knees to elbows. 10 lb dumbbells and knees to elbows

  5. 5 rounds
    Only had 15 min today ?

  6. 6 rounds + 8 toes to bar,
    30# dumbbell
