1 round: the running was mostly walking (and then a thunderstorm started!?), then to DL (45 lb), then went to do K2Es and did something to my abs muscles (I don’t know what) but it hurt. Switched to planks and it wasn’t better so I stopped. 10:30 for all that! I don’t know what it is but it has been so much harder to get back into exercising after this baby and he’s almost 6 months old!
