Increase weight on the clean each round.

Suggested weight scaling: 45-55-65-75-85 lb.
Do what you can handle.

    Did it again since it was so short, but stopped increasing at 50lb the second time and didn’t time it.

    45 lb for all – having some lower back pain – need to get that taken care of before I go heavier
