Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 chest-to-bar pull-ups
15 push-ups
20 single-leg squats, alternating

*After every 3 rounds, run 400 meters

    Subbed bench press for CTB because of outside workout. 30#

    50lb lat pull downs instead of pull ups

  3. 5 rounds
    Push-ups from toes
    Band assist pull-ups and pistols

  4. 3 rounds plus 2 push ups. I sucked this workout up. I don’t have a good bar for chest to bar so I just did reg kipping pull ups.

  5. 7 rounds
    Most pull-ups assisted
    Push-ups from knees

    Enjoyed this work out. Never thought I’d feel that way!
