20 medicine-ball cleans, 10-lb. ball
30 double-unders

Beginner Option
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
10 medicine-ball cleans, 6-lb. ball
120 single-unders

  1. 8 rounds plus 17 cleans, finished cleans after timer
    30# cleans (don’t have a medicine ball)
    SJR (rope broke during first round, finished doing motion of jumping rope)

    Did 10# ball cleans (only Med ball I have)
    Did 240 single jump ropes

    5 full rounds plus 20 cleans.

    5 rounds + cleans and 48 DU (so close!). I finished up round 6 after time ran out. Used 10# medicine ball. Definitely need to get heavier equipment

    I have a question on CLEANS. Do we need to squat when cleans are posted? Or will squat cleans be specified?

    1. Squat cleans will be specified but (I found out today) medicine ball cleans do include a full squat.

    I was like oo this isn’t heavy at all and then I finished the first round and was like OMGGGG

    Found out today that medicine ball cleans have a full squat = much harder!
    14# medicine ball with full squat
    ALL DOUBLE UNDERS!

    30# cleans on bar (my old homemade ball cracked and got sand in my eyes )
    x60 High knees (Subbed in, less irritating on bum knee ?)
    *Deceptively tough workout, I thought.
