    I didn’t feel like I was going very low on the squats, but I just went for it and did my best.

  3. I worked a double shift yesterday so I did two workouts today.
    Monday, intermediate option: 15:30 I did this one first.
    Today’s intermediate option: 15:25

  4. 29:55. I thought the squats were going to kill me but it ended up being the burpees that destroyed me. Great WOD
