Three 5-minute rounds for max reps at each station:
From 0:00-2:00, run 400 meters then double-unders
From 2:00-3:00, 10-lb. dumbbell snatches
From 3:00-4:00, pull-ups, assist as needed
From 4:00-5:00, 10-lb. dumbbell hang squat cleans
Rest 5 minutes between rounds.

Post number of reps completed each round to comments.

    Snatch- 15/15/15/16/15= 76 (10 lb DBs)
    Pull-ups (jumping)- 18/15/15/10/10= 68
    HSC- 21/20/20/20/20= 101 (10 lb DBs)

    Total: 323

    Rounds 1-3 took a 1 minute break
    Rounds 3-5 took a 2 minute break

    Yes….I did 5 rounds on accident! ?
