    Back squat & cleans 55# (used same bar) pull ups w/ purple band

    Squat- 25-26-27 = 78
    Pull up-19-18-18 = 55
    Clean- 17-20-19 = 56

    Pull ups (jumping) – 17/19/18
    Cleans, 30# – 11/11/12

  5. 20# and jumping pullups
    Squats: 20, 21, 19 = 60
    Pullups 17, 12, 16 = 45
    Cleans: 16, 17, 17 = 50

  6. 20 lbs. and jumping pull-ups
    Squat: 35 – 32 – 34 = 101
    Pull-up: 30 – 28 – 25 = 83
    P. Clean: 23 – 25 – 26 = 74

    Finished with a 2.5 mile run
