  2. 14 min flat. 30# press, 55# DL, subbed kettlebell (20#) for wall ball. KB totally killed my time the first round, and after I did 30 in the second round, my husband brought me our toddler to keep track of and I was too afraid to keep doing those with him around me so I cut out the rest.

  6. 18:53, jumping pullups, 20# pp, 25# do, subbed heel slides for sit ups (nasty diastasis) and 10# thrusters for wall balls.
