  3. Two rounds for 11:30 feeling tired and nauseous, so stopped (just found out we are expecting our seventh baby!)

    6 strict pull ups with bands

    Oh those pull ups were killing me!! I thought those dumb bands would do more work! ?
    Almost 4 minutes slower with same speed/weight and self assisted pull ups.

  5. 10:02 18# kettle bell, assisted pull-ups
    Then 30 minute treadmill/interval workout.

    7 kids awesome!!! I'm one of 7 in my family!!!

  6. Forgot to start the until round 2, but I'm estimating ~15 minutes! Treadmill at 7 min. pace, 22 lb kb, and pull-ups with 30lb assist.. not the best but I just got back from a 2 week vacay in Mexico. Time to turn on the burn!
