HERO WOD
On a 25-minute clock,
Run 1.5 miles
Then perform as many rounds as possible of:
11 pull-ups
7 hang squat cleans, 30-45 lbs
7 push presses, 30-45 lbs
Post rounds completed to comments.

*In honor of United States Army Capt. Benjamin David Tiffner, 31, of West Virginia, who died Nov. 7, 2007, when his vehicle was struck by an improvised-explosive device in Baghdad, Iraq, while he was supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom.

  2. Treadmill run at 7.4 with a walk break in the middle in 13:25
    3 rounds plus pull ups
    40 lbs for all. Lots of breaks

    5 rounds + pull ups on 6th
    Finished round after timer for 6 complete rds

    50# PC (took out squat bc legs are super sore from yesterday)
    45# PP
    Lots of breathing breaks during weight portion!

  4. 9:36 outside run
    4 rounds plus pull-ups
    Jump pull-ups – my pull-ups are improving so much, I just need to give myself a mini boost.
    45# bar for both
