    Followed with 16 min shoulder circuit

    Glad it was an arm day , my quads are toast from yesterday!

    Round one = 20# snatches and treadmill at 8.7
    Rounds two-five = 25# snatches and treadmill at 8.9

    My kind of WOD! Sprints with lots of breathing time. 🙂

    Only took the 3 min breaks the first two rounds, then baby woke up and had to power through the last 3 while he was happy in his crib. Many interruptions and forgot to reset the timer on last round.
