10 pull-ups
20 one-legged squats, alternating
10 box jumps, 18-24 in. box

  2. Woke up late and knew I didn't have 20 min, so just did 3 rounds

  3. 6 rounds + 10 PU + 20 pistols
    Self assisted pull ups, heels on ground
    Pistols standing on a box, down to ground on my own power but pushed on something at the bottom to boost ascent
    Box jumps as rx'd

    My legs are jello!

    Jumping pu rd 8
    Pistols to weight bench
    Step ups 18"
