100-ft. walking lunge
100-ft. bear crawl

  2. 6 rounds plus 100 sjr
    Half of first round was doubles. Called it quits on the doubles after almost taking off my big toe on both feet.
    Subbed 50 mtn climbers for bear crawl

  3. Did this on 11/8.

    AMRAP in 20 mins of:
    200m farmer's carry, 25# plates
    100m walking lunges
    50m bear crawl

    3 rounds + 200m carry + 10m lunges

    Vs 3 rounds + 100m carry (3/30)

    1. Made one up for today.

      4 rounds:
      200 SJR
      100 donkey kicks (switched legs every 10)
      50 body surfers
      25 BFSU
      12 leg raises (heels did not touch floor)

      32:18

  4. 4 rounds plus 184 SJR.
    Subbed 50 mtn climbers for bear crawls. Accidentally did 100 SJR the first round.
