25 pull-ups, assist as needed
500 meter run
100 squats
50 box jump, 18 in. box
25 butterfly sit-ups

    Spent remaining time doing inclined sit ups (50)

    Self assisted pull ups, heels on floor
    Treadmill @ 8.0
    Butt to ground squats
    Rest as rxd

    Man was I feeling all the lunges I added yesterday. ?
