20 butterfly sit-ups
10 squat cleans, 30-45 lbs

  1. 5 rounds + 20 BFSU + 4 SC
    35# SC, butt to floor

    Then AMRAP in 20 mins of:
    200m farmer's carry, 25# plates
    100m walking lunges
    50m bear crawl

    3 rounds + 200m carry + 10m lunges

    Vs 3 rounds + 100m carry (3/30/16)
