50 deadlifts, 60-80 lbs
50 handstand push-ups, scale as needed

    HSPU on bar stool 25 unbroken, then 13, then 12.

    Basketball wall ball
    20 lb. deadlift
    Handstand push-ups broken into 20/10/10/10 but all done vertical!

    15# wallballs done in x2 sets of 25
    70# deadlifts done in sets of 15 +5
    hspu sets of 15, knees on a tub, and I really struggled to get through these.

    Nice workout!

    HSPU with knees on bench. Still nursing shoulder injury.
