Pushed myself a little, but did not go 100%. My body was still a little sluggish from my long run on Saturday.
Hubs is out of town all week and I want to run this outside. Will make up next week.

4 rds + 25 thrusters + 20 burpees. Even with lighter weight was brutal. Break after rd 4 to blow my nose. I think this 3 week cold may be a sinus infection. 🙁
