  1. Ran 5 miles last night at my daughter's soccer practice so I did:

    45 pull ups
    45 thrusters (40#)
    5:41
    Broke apart pull ups: 10, 15, 20
    Thrusters: 25, 20

    Then did w/ continuous clock:
    1 min DL
    1 min HSPU
    45 sec DL
    45sec HSPU
    30 sec DL
    30 sec HSPU

    DL- 45 (90#)
    HSPU- 67 (on 21" barstool)

    Treadmill keeps stopping. Rounds 2&3 were .35, sit ups, .15
