    40 lb squat and dl
    Las run was about 50 m short. Bumped t mill up and it quit again

  2. Made up yesterday plus taught two 1 hr dance cardio classes. Hope to make this up tomorrow.

    1. 5 rounds:
      15 front squat @ 40#
      15 DL @ 40#
      Run 400m (2 x 8.5, 3 x 8.3)
      Rest 2 mins
      23:26 last rest not included

      Vs 24:08
      15 back squats and 15 DL each round @ 30#

    So humid and hot outside!
