  50 double-unders (200 single)
  50 squats
  25 push press, 20-30 lbs
Then, 2 rounds of:
  30 double-unders (120 single)
  30 squats
  15 push press, 20-30 lbs
Then, 3 rounds of:
  20 double-unders (80 singles)
  20 squats
  10 push press, 20-30 lbs
