Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 4, 8, 12, 16 or 20 minutes of:
25 knees-to-elbows
50 double-unders (200 single)
15 squat cleans, 20 lbs

Begin with a 4 minute time cap. If 1 round is completed in under 4 minutes extend time to 8 minutes. If 2 rounds are completed in under 8 minutes extend time to 12 minutes. Etc., adding 4 minutes per round completed for up to 20 minutes.

  2. I was a little confused by this one, but I'm guessing I was supposed to keep going until I couldn't do it in 4 minutes?
    So I did 3 rounds, single jumps, 20 lb. squat cleans.

  5. Wasn't quite sure how to time this so set each round for 4 mins. Was about 15-20 secs at the end of each round.

    Knees to boobs, on forearms on power tower.
