  1. 21:59 on treadmill (first time running since May due to baby)….approx. 1 to 1.5 rests between.. and feel like I'm going to throw up ?. Made it through though!!

  2. Crazy snow day here this morning! Only have elliptical, and I don't like doing "sprints" on it.

    Did 4 rounds of
    400 m
    30 KB swings (20#)
    15 pull ups
    21:00

  3. Ran 3 miles then I did 1:00 sprints with about 45 seconds rest. I was running on a trail so this was easiest. Based on pace the sprints were about 300 yards.

  5. Quads need a rest day so did:

    5 rounds
    12 snatch, 40#
    9 bench press, 40#
    6 straight leg bench dips

    1. Wanted more cardio so ended up on the stair climber for 30 mins. Tried to alternate focus on calves and glutes. 140 floors
