For time:
50 box jumps, 18-inch box
50 jumping pull-ups
50 kettlebell swings, 20 lbs
50 walking-lunge steps
50 knees-to-elbows
50 push presses, 20 lbs
50 back extensions (or body surfers)
50 wall-ball shots, 10 lb ball
50 burpees
50 double-unders (200 single jump)

    A lot of modifications…..my workouts have been very inconsistent and I'm not anywhere near in the shape i was. Using this week off to try to get back on track.
