    Subbed crunches/boat pose for sit ups and added in a set of squats every round

  3. If you have tried it, does it work as in did you lose weight? Was it something that you have to continue doing or you just gain it all back?

  5. What are body surfers? Couldn't find it in the list of exercises. Is it similar to a superman? I've tried searching for it on YouTube but just get videos of actual body surfers lol

    1. It's just like a superman, but you flex your feet and pull your heels towards your butt. Works hamstrings a little more.

    25# overhead squats for thrusters

    Then 30 inverted burpees in 4:26
    (Yay for burpees with handstands!)
